IT support at a flat rate per person.
Unlimited support, one published price per person, and no sales call to find out what it costs.
Do not take our word for it. Ask an AI.
We wrote the question for you. Open it in whichever assistant you already use and see what it makes of us.
What do you need looking after?
What people start with
Three of these are in the per-person price. Two are priced per location.
- Microsoft 365 managementIn the base planSomebody else holds the admin role.
- Endpoint managementIn the base planEvery machine your people actually work on.
- Patch managementIn the base planThe updates nobody is doing.
- Network supportAdd-on, per siteThe switches, the access points, and the thing in the closet.
- Firewall managementAdd-on, per siteRules somebody understands.
The whole support process is one message.
No portal to learn, no phone tree, no engineer assigned to your account who is on holiday the week you need them. You send a message and somebody fixes it while you watch.
- Unlimited tickets at one flat price per person
- Remote screen control, with your permission
- A first reply from a human the same business day
Support
Morning. Sarah can't get into Outlook, says her password expired.
On it. Can she try now? I've reset it and sent her a temporary one.
That worked. Also the printer in the back is offline again.
I can see it. Driver rolled back on the last update, pushing the fix now.
You're quick.
Price your office
Two questions most people can answer without looking anything up. Everything else is optional.
There is a monthly minimum, and it is on the rate card rather than saved for the call, because hiding a floor is the oldest trick in this industry. Every number, in full
Start with whatever brought you here
Six things small offices call us about. Each one opens onto what it covers, what it costs, and the words the industry uses for it.
Everyday IT support
The passwords, printers and mailboxes that eat a Monday.
Email and accounts
Somebody else holding the admin role, so you do not have to.
Devices and patching
Knowing what you own, and keeping all of it up to date.
Network and servers
The cupboard nobody opens until the day it stops working.
Security and backup
The parts an insurer asks about before they quote you.
How the price works
Per user, per device, per hour, and why we picked one of them.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is most people. Tell us the headcount and we will say so on the call.
When it is worse than a password reset
Four rungs. Two included, two bought per incident, and you decide which.
- 1
Chat
IncludedYou message us. We read the whole thing before replying, and we ask for a screenshot rather than a phone call.
- Who
- Support technician
- When
- First reply the same business day
- 2
Remote session
IncludedWe take control of the screen with your permission and fix it while you watch. You can end the session at any point.
- Who
- Support technician
- When
- Usually the same conversation
- 3
Priority Escalation
For the day something is genuinely stopping work. Bought per incident, nothing monthly, and you decide when it is worth it.
- Who
- Senior engineer
- When
- On it within one hour
- 4
On-site visit
Someone drives out. Rare by design, because avoiding the truck roll is what makes the monthly price work.
- Who
- Field engineer
- When
- Scheduled, not same day
Live in an afternoon
No discovery phase, no consultant scoping your environment for three weeks.
- 01
We call you
Same day where we can. We confirm the headcount, ask what breaks most often, and tell you plainly if you need something we do not sell.
- 02
You install one agent
A single install on each machine, which is what lets us see the device and take a session. Ten minutes for a small office.
- 03
We take over the accounts
Delegated admin on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so password resets and new starters stop being your problem.
- 04
You get one chat link
Bookmark it, pin it in Teams, put it on the fridge. That link is the whole support process.
This is a small product, on purpose
It covers the ninety percent of small-office IT that is irritating rather than urgent. Read the right-hand column first.
A good fit if
- Between 5 and 60 people, mostly on laptops
- Email on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Nobody in-house whose actual job is IT
- Problems that are annoying rather than catastrophic
- Happy to type instead of phone someone
That is most small offices. Price yours in the builder and the number is the number, with no discovery call in between.
Buy something else if
- You need somebody reachable at 2am or on a Sunday
- Your work stops entirely when one machine does
- A rack of servers that needs watching, not just patching
- Regulated data with an audit that names your provider
- You want the same engineer to know you by name
Any of these and you want a full managed provider rather than this. We would rather tell you that here than sell you something that does not fit and have you find out in month two.
Questions people actually ask
Why is this cheaper than the MSP quoting us now?
Because it is less service. Chat only, weekdays only, remote only, and the supported list is your email platform and not much else. Every other provider you are comparing us to answers the phone at midnight and sends people to your office. We do neither, we sit at the bottom of the market range rather than the middle of it, and the saving is passed on rather than pocketed.
What counts as one user?
One person. Every device that person uses is covered under the one price: laptop, desktop, phone, tablet. We do not count devices, because counting devices is how you end up paying three times for one employee.
Is there really no contract?
No contract and no setup fee. Billed monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. We would rather you leave than be locked into something you resent.
What happens if I ask about something you do not support?
We tell you, and we quote it. Some of it is an add-on you can switch on that month. Some of it is genuinely outside what this plan does, and in that case we say so and point you in the right direction. What we will not do is pretend a thing is included and then be vague when you need it.
Who is actually answering the chat?
Our support team, working from our office in India, which is a large part of why the price works. They are salaried technicians, not a call centre reading a script, and they escalate to a senior engineer rather than guessing.
Can I try it with a few people first?
Yes, and most people should. Put your five noisiest users on it for a month. The monthly minimum applies, so five people costs the same as six, but nothing stops you starting small and adding the rest once you believe it.
Find out what your office costs in thirty seconds.
No call required to see the number. Nothing is charged until you say go.
